Andre joined Shropshire ahead of the 2022 season and made an immediate impact in the NCCA Twenty20 group matches, scoring 230 runs at an average of 46, including a half century on his debut against Cheshire at Oxton.

The top order batter joined Shifnal ahead of the 2024 season after previously playing for Swarkestone in the Derbyshire Premier League. He is also a National League hockey player.

Andre was born in South Africa where he played provincial cricket and hockey at youth level. He is a UK citizen who trialled with other National Counties clubs before joining Shropshire.
