Bridgnorth seamer Charlie was rewarded for his impressive displays, both at club level and for Shropshire’s Academy side, with his first-team debut against Herefordshire in the NCCA Championship at Shifnal in July 2021 and then also faced Wales at Abergavenny.

Charlie returned to the county side in the T20 competition early in the 2022 season, impressively taking four wickets in the second match against Staffordshire at Whitchurch to help Shropshire to victory.

As a hard-hitting batter, Charlie is also capable of contributing important runs down the order.
