Shropshire County Cricket Club hold a Special General Meeting in the Wrekin College Cricket Pavilion this coming Monday, December 12 (6.30pm).
All members are welcome to attend.
Members are invited to vote on three issues.
(1) The extension of the club’s financial year end until January 31
(2) Alteration of the date of the club’s AGM until no later than March 31 each year.
(3) The incorporation of the club into a company limited by guarantee with charitable status.
